OTARU OTA07 - Ceramic Plate - Bronze fading to black
This vessel has an innovative yet pure form, with elements of antique China and an overall modern look. One vase from this series was selected for “innovation competition at Maison&Objet 2022”.This version is made from high-end Chinese (tea) pottery, with a bronze layer fading to black. Element Accessories fuses EU and Chinese know-how in design and production techniques. The OTARU series combines traditions of the Song dynasty (tiny bronze legs) with modern minimalism, using high temp resisting clay and a mineral glaze with natural ore, kiln fired at 1360°C for a natural bronze-to-black look and feel.
