The company under the name GRANTDAYSTRADINGLIMITED with registered address at 11 Bouboulinas Street, 1060 Nicosia, Cyprus with registration number HE 412359, tel. +357 22210299, email: info@grantdays.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" for brevity) has created and maintains on the website www.grantdays.eu an e-shop for the sale of products and services via the internet.

B. General Terms - Website Usage and Registration Conditions

These terms of use govern the use of the e-shop under the trademark GRANTDAYS located in the digital space www.grantdays.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" for brevity). Anyone who enters the Website, whether a registered user or not, and uses its pages and services and/or the e-shop and/or transacts through the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "you") agrees that by merely browsing the Website they have read and become aware of these Website terms of use and consent to and accept them unconditionally, without any exception. If any User does not agree with the content of all or part of these terms of use, they are invited to refrain from visiting and/or using the Website, as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the e-shop.

The Company reserves the right to freely modify, revise, or periodically update all or part of these terms of use and the conditions for using the Website and transactions from the e-shop at its discretion and at any time. If substantial modifications are made, the Company reserves the right to inform Users of such changes through the Website pages or by sending you notice via email.

In order to purchase products through the e-shop, the User has the option to create an account with prior registration on the Website, through which they can connect to the Website.

It is noted that the registration and account creation process on the Website, as described below, is optional for making distance purchases through the e-shop and that the User can make such purchases without creating an account on the Website, if they do not wish to do so. In any case, the User accepts that the Company reserves the right to modify the process on the Website for making distance purchases from the e-shop.

To create an account on the Website and connect to it, the User must follow the online instructions provided each time for registration on the Website. More specifically, for registering a User as a member, the following information will need to be entered by the User: name, surname, email address, and a confidential password. Then, by entering in predetermined fields of the Website a username and a confidential password, the User gains secure access and connection to their account. Through their account, the User will have the ability to purchase products they desire, in accordance with the other terms of use, as well as access features and services of the Website that may require account creation, always in accordance with specific terms and conditions that are provided each time.

The User who registers on the Website undertakes to the Company that they will use their account personally and will not allow any third party to access it. The User is obliged to keep the declared information updated and to ensure that the Company is informed in case of any change to any declared information. In any case, the User is charged with the obligation to ensure the confidentiality of their account passwords and their non-disclosure to any third party, and must immediately inform the Company via email at info@grantdays.eu, if they notice a breach of confidentiality of the above passwords. Otherwise, the Company bears no responsibility for possible use of their account by any third party, with the Company reserving the right to claim compensation for any damage suffered for this reason.

If the User wishes to request deletion of their account, they can contact the Company via the email declared during registration at the electronic address info@grantdays.eu and submit a relevant request.

The use of the Website and/or making distance purchases from the e-shop is permitted for persons who have reached the age of majority.

The Website is provided by the Company "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not provide any warranty or undertake any obligation of any kind, express or implied, for the information, content, and material contained in it. For this reason, when using the Website you agree to use it at your own risk. The Company does not guarantee that the Website, servers, or emails sent through it do not contain viruses or other harmful elements. The Company bears no responsibility for damages of any kind that may result from the use of the Website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, accidental, consequential, and subsequent damages.

D. Limitation of Liability

The Company has taken all appropriate organizational and technical measures for the proper and uninterrupted operation of the Website (e.g., display of page content, categories, etc.). However, for reasons for which the Company is not responsible, it is possible that at some point this is not sufficient; in this case, the Company provides no warranty of any kind regarding this and bears no liability towards the User, and the User accepts that they do not maintain any kind of claim against the Company for this reason.

The Company declares that the User is obliged to have the appropriate technical equipment for browsing the Website, as well as that their visit and browsing of the Website is possible exclusively based on these terms and using the capabilities that are offered at any time through it by the Company and in the exact way they are offered, and the User accepts that they do not maintain any kind of claim against the Company for this reason (e.g., for not using a specific way to complete the ordering/purchase process of a product, way of presenting the product, etc.), even if the above have been offered by the Company itself. The Company declares that it bears no responsibility towards the User for the way they use and manage in general the information provided on the Website, as well as that it bears no responsibility for any possible damage to the User's computer or any other device or data contained therein due to their visit and browsing of the Website, and the User accepts that they do not maintain any kind of claim against the Company for the above reasons.

The Company, in the context of its transactions from the e-shop, bears no responsibility or compensation obligation for any possible damage or loss resulting from order cancellations, failure to execute or delay in execution for any reason/due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to the Company's fault or are due to force majeure, and will be entitled to an extension of time for execution. Indicative examples may include strikes, pandemics, problems with suppliers/transportation/production, currency exchange fluctuations, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters.

In no case shall the Company be liable civilly or criminally for any damage (positive, special, or punitive, which indicatively and not restrictively, separately and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary compensation, etc.) that the User or a third party may suffer for reasons related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the Website and/or inability to provide services and/or products and/or information provided by it and/or from any unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information provided through it.

E. Products and Provided Information

The Company undertakes regarding the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the information presented on the Website concerning the identity of the Company as well as the capabilities of transactions provided through the e-shop. The Company declares that it makes every effort so that the products are displayed correctly on the Website, and that the information related to them is complete and accurate. However, the e-shop provides the content (e.g., information, names, photographs, depictions), products, and services that are available through the Website "exactly as they are" and photographs of products presented in our e-shop may not reflect their actual characteristics, such as color and texture. The Company declares that it reserves the right to remove or change the characteristics of products as well as prices without notice.

The Company does not guarantee the availability of products displayed in the e-shop, but informs based on the maintained data about availability or not to the interested customer and undertakes, in case of change of this data, to inform customers in time about the unavailability, and in this case it bears no further responsibility.

The Company, in the context of good faith, is not responsible and is not bound by any errors or electronic data entries that were made or may arise from error/oversight or technical malfunction without its fault according to common practice and is entitled to correct them whenever it notices their existence.

F. User Responsibility

When purchasing a product, the User is responsible for choosing the product and its suitability for their purposes. The User is invited to carefully read the specifications and characteristics of the product that interests them (product dimensions, what is included in the price, etc.), as well as any expenses they may incur (phone/post for communication with our Company, if needed, VAT, delivery expenses, etc.).

The User agrees and undertakes to use the services, information, and data of the Website, as the law provides and based on the rules of good faith and business ethics. They are obliged not to use the e-shop under the trademark "GRANTDAYS" for: (1) sending, publishing, sending via email or transmitting in other ways any content that is illegal for any reason, causes illegal offense and damage to the Company or to any third party or violates the confidentiality or privacy of information of any person, (2) sending, publishing, sending via email or transmitting in other ways any content that offends users' morals, social values, minors, etc., (3) sending, publishing, sending via email or transmitting in other ways any content that the User has no right to transmit according to law or existing agreements (such as internal information, proprietary and confidential information of others obtained or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements), (4) sending, publishing, sending via email or transmitting in other ways any content that violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of third parties of any kind, (5) sending, publishing, sending via email or transmitting in other ways any material that contains software viruses or any other codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, cause damage, destroy, or corrupt the operation of any software or computer equipment, (6) intentional or unintentional violation of applicable legislation or any provisions of law, (7) harassment of third parties in any way, (8) collection or storage of personal data regarding other users.

G. Intellectual Property Rights

The Company declares that the content of the Website and the e-shop and/or individual parts of it, including, indicatively and not restrictively, distinctive titles, marks, especially the trademark "GRANTDAYS", files, software, images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, the way products are arranged and presented, the design and presentation of individual functions, etc., constitute intellectual and/or industrial property rights of the Company and are protected under the relevant provisions of Cypriot law, European law, and international conventions, or constitute intellectual property of third parties contractually connected with the Company for which the latter has obtained a license to use for its own exclusive needs and for the operation of the e-shop. The User is expressly prohibited from commercially and/or economically exploiting the above content of the Website and the e-shop or any part of it in any way, and especially through actions such as, indicatively and not restrictively, any reproduction of it, sale or export of data, copying, transfer, or creation of derivative work based on this content, or misleading the public regarding the actual provider of the e-shop. The reproduction, republication, uploading, announcement, distribution, or transmission or any other use of the content in any way or means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only upon prior written consent of the Company or any other owner of intellectual property rights. In case any dispute arises from the application of the terms of use, it is expressly agreed that Cypriot law is applicable and competent courts, in case of failure to reach an amicable resolution of the above-mentioned dispute, for its resolution are the courts of the city of Nicosia.

Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR): The Company informs the User that, based on applicable European legislation, there is a provision for the possibility of online resolution of consumer disputes arising in the context of concluding electronic sales contracts between a consumer resident in the European Union and a merchant established in the European Union.
